Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) can only serve part of the metropolitian area, and in the short/medium term the MRT network will be relatively undeveloped. Hence the development of the MRT will need to be complemented by quality transport networks integrated with the MRT. the Lagos Cable Car project is designed to deliver such a system
